Terms of Service

1. About WealthNest
WealthNest is a managed online task platform that connects businesses with Workers who can complete small digital tasks.
Tasks may include activities such as:
- Surveys
- App testing
- Website testing
- Data entry
- Data collection
- Research
- Translation
- Content-related tasks
- Other permitted digital tasks
At the current stage of the platform, Clients do not independently publish tasks.
Instead, Clients contact the WealthNest team with their requirements. The WealthNest team reviews the requirements and may create and manage tasks on the Client's behalf.
WealthNest may introduce self-service task creation or other features in the future. If such features are introduced, additional terms or updated Terms of Service may apply.
2. Definitions
For these Terms:
- "WealthNest", "we", "us", or "our"means the operator of the WealthNest platform.
- "Client"means an individual or organization that requests services or task-based work through WealthNest.
- "Worker"means an individual who completes tasks through WealthNest.
- "User"means a Client or Worker.
- "Task"means a job, activity, assignment, or other work made available through WealthNest.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create or maintain a WealthNest account.
By registering or using WealthNest, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- You will comply with these Terms and applicable WealthNest policies.
WealthNest may suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility information is false, misleading, or cannot reasonably be verified.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your account information up to date
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Not allowing another person to use your account
- Not creating multiple accounts unless expressly permitted by WealthNest
You must notify WealthNest if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
WealthNest is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. Client Services
Clients may contact WealthNest to request task-based services.
At the current stage, Clients do not independently publish tasks on the WealthNest platform.
Instead, the WealthNest team works with Clients to understand their requirements and may create and manage tasks on the Client's behalf.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate requirements
- Providing information necessary to complete the requested work
- Providing appropriate materials and instructions
- Ensuring that their requested activities are lawful
- Having the necessary rights and permissions for information and materials supplied to WealthNest
- Reviewing results or deliverables provided through the agreed process
- Making required payments according to the agreed arrangement
WealthNest may clarify, modify, reject, or decline a request where necessary to protect Workers, Clients, WealthNest, or comply with applicable law.
6. Managed Tasks
WealthNest currently operates a managed task model.
Clients communicate their requirements directly to the WealthNest team.
After understanding the requirements, WealthNest may:
- Define the task requirements
- Create tasks for Workers
- Determine appropriate task instructions
- Establish submission requirements
- Determine Worker eligibility
- Set task rewards
- Coordinate Workers
- Review submissions
- Deliver or provide results to the Client
The specific process may vary depending on the nature of the Client's requirements.
7. Worker Responsibilities
Workers may browse and select available tasks through WealthNest.
Workers must:
- Follow task instructions
- Complete tasks honestly
- Submit genuine work
- Provide required proof or deliverables
- Provide accurate information
- Respect task requirements
- Comply with applicable laws
- Comply with WealthNest policies
Workers must not knowingly submit fraudulent, duplicated, copied, misleading, or otherwise invalid work.
Where a task specifically requires original human work, Workers must not represent AI-generated or automated output as their own original work.
8. Task Review and Approval
Task submissions may be reviewed by WealthNest, the relevant Client, or both, depending on the nature of the task.
A submission may be rejected if:
- Required instructions were not followed
- Required evidence was not provided
- The submission is incomplete
- The submission is fraudulent or duplicated
- The submission does not satisfy the task requirements
- The submission violates WealthNest rules
- The Worker has engaged in prohibited activity
Where appropriate, WealthNest may provide a reason for a rejection.
9. Worker Rewards
Workers may receive rewards for approved task submissions according to the reward amount displayed for the relevant task.
WealthNest does not guarantee that a Worker will earn any particular amount of money.
Earnings may depend on:
- Task availability
- Worker eligibility
- Number of tasks available
- Task requirements
- Completion of tasks
- Quality of submissions
- Approval decisions
- Platform rules
Available balance requirements, minimum payout thresholds, supported payout methods, and applicable processing times may be displayed within the platform.
10. Payments and Payouts
Clients may be required to make payments to WealthNest according to the terms agreed with the WealthNest team.
Workers may request eligible payouts through payment methods supported by WealthNest, which may include eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, gift cards, or other methods made available by WealthNest.
Payment providers may impose their own fees, limits, requirements, or processing times.
WealthNest is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, incorrect payment information supplied by a User, banking issues, payment-provider restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Referral Program
If WealthNest provides a referral program, referral rewards are subject to the requirements displayed by WealthNest.
Referral rewards are not automatically earned simply because another person registers.
WealthNest may investigate referrals for fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other prohibited activity.
WealthNest may suspend, cancel, or modify referral rewards associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
WealthNest may modify or discontinue a referral program subject to applicable law.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Create or operate multiple accounts without authorization
- Use another person's account
- Provide false or misleading identity information
- Provide false payment information
- Submit fraudulent or duplicated work
- Manipulate task results
- Manipulate referral rewards
- Use bots, scripts, or automation where prohibited
- Attempt to bypass WealthNest security measures
- Interfere with the operation of WealthNest
- Upload malicious software
- Attempt to obtain another user's password or credentials
- Use WealthNest for scams or fraudulent activities
- Submit or facilitate unlawful tasks
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
- Violate intellectual-property rights
- Collect personal information unlawfully
- Use WealthNest for spam or deceptive engagement
- Circumvent WealthNest's payment or approval systems
- Engage in any activity that may damage the security, integrity, or reputation of WealthNest
13. Prohibited Client Requests
Clients must not request tasks that require Workers to participate in:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud
- Deception
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Spam
- Credential theft
- Unauthorized access
- Malware distribution
- Unlawful collection of personal information
- Activities that violate intellectual-property rights
- Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
WealthNest may reject, modify, suspend, or remove any task or Client request that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates unacceptable risk.
14. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of materials they own and submit to WealthNest, except where ownership is transferred or licensed under the specific terms of a task.
By submitting content to WealthNest, you grant WealthNest the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, review, transmit, and otherwise use that content to operate the platform and perform the relevant task.
Clients are responsible for communicating any specific ownership or usage requirements associated with their requested work.
Users must not submit materials that they do not have the legal right to use or submit.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
WealthNest may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:
- These Terms have been violated
- Fraud or abuse has occurred
- Multiple accounts are being improperly used
- The platform is being manipulated
- Materially false information has been provided
- The account creates a security or legal risk
- The User has engaged in prohibited conduct
Where appropriate, WealthNest may provide an opportunity to appeal an account decision.
Rewards or balances associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Disputes and Appeals
Users may contact WealthNest regarding task, account, payment, or moderation disputes through the support channels provided by WealthNest.
WealthNest may request additional information or evidence to investigate a dispute.
WealthNest will review disputes based on the available information, relevant task requirements, platform records, and applicable policies.
17. Third-Party Services
WealthNest may use or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, hosting providers, authentication services, analytics providers, communication services, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
WealthNest is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, availability, or security practices of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
18. Platform Availability
We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee that WealthNest will always be:
- Available
- Uninterrupted
- Error-free
- Secure
- Free from technical issues
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. No Guaranteed Earnings or Work
WealthNest does not guarantee:
- A specific level of Worker earnings
- A specific number of available tasks
- Continuous task availability
- Approval of every submission
- A particular income level
- Employment
- A specific Client result or outcome
Workers participate voluntarily and must not rely on WealthNest as a guaranteed source of income.
20. No Employment Relationship
Participation in WealthNest does not by itself create an employment relationship between WealthNest and a Worker.
Workers are responsible for understanding and meeting any tax, registration, reporting, or other legal obligations that may apply to their activities.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to override any mandatory legal rights or obligations.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WealthNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the platform.
This may include losses resulting from:
- Third-party payment-provider delays
- Temporary platform unavailability
- User-provided inaccurate information
- Actions of Clients or Workers
- Rejected task submissions
- Lack of task availability
- Loss of expected earnings
- Third-party services
- Events outside WealthNest's reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Where material changes are made, we may notify users through email, the platform, or an appropriate website notice.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the updated version.
Continued use of WealthNest after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Nepal.
Disputes relating to these Terms or the use of WealthNest will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of Nepal, subject to applicable law.
